Job Summary
Shape and evolve Vattenfall's EMSP proposition across multiple European markets. Develop and improve EMSP offerings for different customer segments and use cases; analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments; contribute to strategic roadmap including pricing, tariffs, and loyalty features. Manage partnerships and fleet solutions; design tailored offers for key accounts and EMSP partnerships; collaborate with local sales to identify opportunities and train sales teams; drive product development including apps, charge cards, and automated charging; represent customer needs in the product lifecycle and ensure a smooth customer journey across markets; enable and align internal teams across commercial and technical stakeholders. Location options include Solna (Stockholm County, SE), Amsterdam (NL), Berlin (DE), or Hamburg (DE); hybrid work arrangement. English fluency required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred; 5+ years of relevant experience in e-mobility or complex product environments; strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
