Job Summary
Shape EMSP proposition across Europe by defining and evolving our offering for different customer segments and use cases. Drive go-to-market approaches, pricing, and commercial setup; support partnerships, fleet solutions, and tailored offers for key accounts. Collaborate with international teams to shape product development, enhance the customer journey, and enable sales through training and guidance. Represent customer and market needs in the product lifecycle, set priorities for features (apps, charge cards, automated charging), and align commercial and technical stakeholders. Require Master’s degree and approximately 5+ years in e-mobility or a related complex product environment; strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and English-language communication skills.
Required Qualifications

- Approximately 5+ years of experience in e-mobility or a complex product environment
- Strong customer focus and commercial mindset
- Structured, analytical, and quality-driven way of working
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
