Proposition Manager

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the Propositions Manager will ideate, document, and execute proposition enhancements across Connected Living product lines (including protection plans and trade-in programs), define and monitor KPIs (CX and other business metrics), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes. Responsibilities include creating roadmaps with the Proposition Director, guiding clients with insights and recommendations, coordinating with internal/external suppliers for timely delivery, and translating customer needs into scalable, commercially effective solutions. Proficiency with data-driven product improvement, customer journey mapping, and familiarity with tools such as MIRO, Monday.com, Figma, or Visio are valued. The role emphasizes driving innovative, customer-focused outcomes within a regulated environment and requires strong project delivery and stakeholder-management capabilities.
