Job Summary
Develop end-to-end propositions for the Royal London retirement strategy, creating new and modifying existing offerings to improve customer and adviser outcomes. Support the delivery of the customer migration roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams on detailed design, implementation, and technical communication reviews. Map customer and adviser journeys to identify improvement areas while ensuring all developments align with the Proposition Development policy and regulatory compliance. Stay informed on market and external changes to shape agile solutions that drive strategic improvements across Pensions and ISA services.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of the financial services industry
- Understanding of the legislative/regulatory framework
- Ability to think creatively around big picture and detailed solutions
- A good understanding of customers, and their advisers
- Ability to build an efficient operation around their needs
- Commercially astute
- Ability to understand and be innovative in their approach to designing solutions
