Proposals Supervisor, Telecom at Aecon leads the day-to-day execution of proposal activities across assigned teams, provides direct people leadership to proposal coordinators and support staff, assigns resources to pursuits, and coordinates kickoffs and review cycles to ensure compliance, quality, and timely submissions. The role involves coaching and developing the proposal team, collaborating with Proposal Managers, Business Development, Estimating, Operations, and Content teams, and driving continuous improvement of proposal tools and processes. Candidates should have 4–6+ years of experience in proposal coordination/management within utilities, construction, or infrastructure, demonstrated leadership or mentoring of proposal teams, strong RFx/compliance knowledge, ability to manage multiple pursuits in fast-paced environments, excellent communication, and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and bid portals. APMP Foundation or Practitioner certification is preferred; advanced certifications are considered an asset.
