Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end proposal and tender process, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop competitive, compliant, and compelling submissions for major power infrastructure projects. Review tender documents to establish bid strategies, prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals, and manage documentation version control. Identify commercial and technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support client clarifications and post-submission activities. Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes and templates while ensuring all submissions are accurate and delivered on time. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with minimum five years' experience in proposal management within the power, utilities, or EPC sectors required. APMP certification is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in proposal or bid management within the power, utilities, energy, infrastructure, or EPC sectors
- Strong understanding of transmission, distribution, substations, or renewable energy projects
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across departments
Desired Qualifications
- APMP certification is an advantage
