Job Summary
Proposals Manager will own client proposal development in collaboration with Commercial Sales Account Executives, coordinate cross-functional proposals and vendor assessments, ensure RFP/vendor questionnaire compliance, edit and finalize documents, manage timelines and signatures, maintain boilerplate and templates, and support post-submittal activities. Requires strong written and verbal communication, project management, and ability to work with internal SMEs; experience with Loopio or similar RFP systems is a plus; proficient in MS Office; capable of multi-tasking and maintaining detailed documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years’ experience in proposals, contracting, or a similar field
