Job Summary
Proposal Writer at True Anomaly responsible for primary authoring of RFI/RFP/CSO and capture opportunities, translating technical concepts into compelling written content, collaborating with account leads and technical teams, creating persuasive proposals and collateral, building reusable templates, and delivering high-quality artifacts under tight deadlines to drive growth in a space-defense context. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, ability to convert complex technical details into customer-facing language, and content development for government-contract proposals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience writing, drafting, and editing proposals for U.S. Government contracts
- Experience with conveying technical concepts through concise and compelling written communication
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with a team on a joint output, across departments / agencies / roles, and writing content that requires input from multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulations (DFAR)
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts, proactively learn with minimal instruction, and think creatively to produce artifacts
- Passion for writing.
