Marketing Assistant / Proposal Writer responsible for managing proposal development and marketing content. Produces high-quality submittals, qualification packages, and presentations; ensures alignment of proposals with RFP requirements, win themes, and project experience. Tasks include drafting proposals, coordinating contributors, editing and formatting content, ensuring adherence to templates and brand guidelines, and assisting with development and production of marketing materials. Requires strong verbal and written communication, content management, graphics skills, and ability to manage deadlines in a collaborative environment.
