Proposal Support Lead Analyst - Evernorth Health Services - Hybrid

Lead analyst responsible for managing the proposal development process for less complex bids—from receipt of the RFP through proposal submission. Manages multiple proposals with aggressive deadlines, supports follow-up, finalist, and contracting activities, and creates proposal documents and exhibits to support sales strategies. Works with cross-functional SMEs to ensure requirements alignment with corporate position, coordinates cross-functional communications and timelines, and ensures accurate, on-time delivery of proposals. Generates sales documents adhering to marketing standards, and provides training and mentoring to new team members. May work from home occasionally or permanently with broadband; hybrid work arrangement supported. Develops market-specific responses and shares expert knowledge of the benefit advisor relationship with SRD, contributing to process improvements and ongoing projects.
