Job Summary
Draft RFP responses, coordinate graphics, and design proposal layouts including infographics, charts, and maps to communicate technical information clearly. Interview subject-matter experts to customize responses and provide copywriting for scope of services, project approaches, and bios. Conduct quality control reviews, proof all presentation material, and oversee final production and delivery of proposals. This role combines strategic communication and visual design to develop high-impact deliverables that showcase expertise in competitive pursuits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism, English, business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- Proficiency with computers
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch and crawl
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to talk or hear and communicate clearly
- Must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Must have close vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be available for 100% of time spent in the office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Experience creating infographics, presentations, and branded marketing collateral
- Knowledge of visual communication, page layout, typography, and graphic design principles
- Experience developing PowerPoint presentations and presentation graphics
