Job Summary
Lead large, complex federal proposals from capture through interview, coordinating with the Federal Marketing team to develop winning strategies for DoD and Civilian agencies. Responsible for writing sections (cover letters, executive summaries, past performance, management approaches, staffing), producing annotated outlines, ensuring compliance and quality of all deliverables, and facilitating proactive reviews (color reviews) and debriefs. Partners with growth and operations teams, conducts market research and competitive intelligence, manages proposal schedules and filing, and supports strategic win planning. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience; proficiency with InDesign, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat; strong writing/editing skills; initiative to lead multi-disciplinary pursuits and contribute to training and internal processes. The role is hybrid with in-office and remote work in Tampa, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activity or equivalent
