Job Summary
Lead large, complex federal pursuits from capture through interview for DoD and Civilian agencies, coordinating with growth teams to craft compelling written content and win strategies. Responsibilities include delivering responsive sections (cover letters, executive summaries, past performance, management approaches, staffing), ensuring bid compliance and quality, coordinating print and electronic deliverables, conducting market research and competitive intelligence, facilitating Go/No-Go decisions, guiding color reviews, and supporting debriefs. Requires strong writing/editing skills, project management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a federal environment. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence in Murray, UT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years of experience in proposal management/marketing
- Strong knowledge of proposal best practices and procedures
- InDesign proficiency
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to produce accurate, compliant proposals independently and with others
- Leadership experience
- Organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with RFQ/RFP responses and client communications
