Job Summary
Proposal Coordinator will lead the proposal development process for multiple concurrent RFPs/RFIs/RFQs from kickoff through submission and interview materials, customize content to respond to specific questions, draft persuasive copy, oversee production and ensure compliance with RFP requirements and firm guidelines, track proposal metrics, and support content repository initiatives. Requires collaboration with internal clients, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality, reader-friendly proposals. Location options include Downtown Los Angeles or Irvine, CA with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 2+ years of experience working in law firm or professional business environment is required
- 1+ year of experience writing for a business audience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Prior proposal knowledge and experience is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including reading comprehension, editing and proofreading capabilities
