Proposal Pricing Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare responses and analyses for permanent and temporary requests for proposal, service changes, agent validations, billing changes, and cancellations, primarily for the Broker Management team. Manage monthly price change activities related to yield management processes, company strategy, and changing market conditions. Maintain data integrity of the broker account portfolio by auditing sales transaction activity, providing process improvement recommendations, and correcting inaccurate records. Collaborate with departments to reconcile missing or inconsistent data, manage submission deadlines, and create ad hoc trend and result analysis reports. Calculate profitability and revenue using established Excel-based models to prepare accurate cost estimates and present business decision rationales.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years working in the pricing, financial analysis, sales analysis, digital marketing, marketing or IT related fields
- Previous experience with proposal pricing analysis in the waste industry
- Experience using Excel at an intermediate to advanced skill level
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate knowledge of processes and information into action plans
- This is an in-office position 4 days per week and 1 day per week remote, at our office located in North Phoenix off the 101 near Tatum Blvd
