Job Summary
Proposal Manager for a woman-owned federal consulting firm, focusing on leading and executing government proposals. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of proposal development experience, preferably within Government consulting services
- Familiarity with GSA schedules and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Proficiency with federal procurement and submission platforms, including eBuy, GovWin, PIEE, Seaport, and SAM.gov
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Word as a desktop publishing tool; strong command of the full MS Office suite, including graphics applications
- Hands-on experience with desktop publishing software (such as Adobe InDesign, Publisher, or equivalent) to produce visually compelling, print- and submission-ready proposal documents
- Proficiency in MS SharePoint and other content management databases
- Demonstrated ability or strong willingness to learn and integrate AI tools for proposal management, content development, and workflow automation
