Job Summary
Lead full lifecycle Federal proposal development for RFPs, RFQs, Task Orders, and RFIs by creating schedules, compliance matrices, and outlines. Facilitate kickoffs, standups, and team reviews while coordinating SMEs, pricing, capture, and subcontractors. Own the capture-to-proposal transition, develop win themes, and integrate content into unified submissions. Direct coordinators and writers, oversee graphics and desktop publishing, and conduct quality reviews before submission. Maintain libraries, perform lessons learned, and mitigate risks throughout the pursuit. Requires 5-8 years of Federal proposal experience and Shipley methodology knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of Federal proposal management experience
- Shipley proposal methodology experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals
Desired Qualifications
- APMP or Shipley certification
- Experience with AI proposal tools
