Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end proposal process for responding to solicitations; maintain Merlin’s compliance and portal registrations with government agencies; lead the proposal response process for government and commercial solicitations; create a workflow and own accountability for well-written proposals that meet deadlines; serve as a key member of the government team and act as a bridge to General Managers.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience managing proposal/capture operations
- Exceptional knowledge of the government proposal system
- Working knowledge of SBIRs, STRATFI/TACFI, DIU
- Prior experience working cross-functionally with BD, solutions and product to create small teams to develop proposals for submission
