Job Summary
Lead and coordinate multi-proposal development efforts for government and commercial contracts, ensuring on-time submission, compliance with regulations, and high-quality documents. Manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, Contracts, Finance, SMEs, graphic designers, writers), coordinate kickoff and review meetings, ensure proper incorporation of feedback, and drive continuous process improvements using analytics and CRM. Requires on-site work in Meridian, CO and an active TS-SCI clearance; Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years’ proposal-management experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Master’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
- At least 5 years’ experience leading full lifecycle proposal development efforts
- Proven self-starter with ability to multi-task and lead team efforts
- Willingness to work hours with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS-SCI) and U.S. Citizenship
