Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end pursuit strategy and execution for high-impact sales enablement activities across Canada. Generate customized pitches, proposals, and RFP responses while performing data analysis to provide industry insights. Lead the development of insight-driven proposals and presentations, ensuring quality control and meeting deadlines for new business and renewals. Execute due diligence, competitive analyses, and research to identify unique selling propositions and differentiators. Create compelling visual collateral using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, while maintaining a content library and developing standard templates. Collaborate with brokerage teams and subject matter experts to refine pitches and participate in internal debriefs. Operate within a hybrid schedule combining in-office presence in downtown Toronto with remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience in commercial real estate or related industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or Communications
- Prior experience in proposal and pitch delivery in the CRE, Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering industries is an asset
- Strong writing, editing, and graphic skills are essential
- Ability to write clearly and effectively for business pursuits
- Ability to create and develop creative collateral to support business pursuits, marketing initiatives, and presentations
- Possesses a blend of creative vision, technical skills, hands-on experience, and strategic knowledge
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, planning, time management, and prioritization skills
- Works effectively within a team environment while also able to take initiative and work independently
- Enjoys learning and is adaptable to varying asks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
