Job Summary
Lead end-to-end proposal development and submission, interpreting RFPs, coordinating RFIs, developing solution strategies, proposing SOWs, conducting bid analysis, and driving proposal execution packages. Facilitate development and review of deliverables, mentor Proposal Manager team members, ensure documentation control, support reporting, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery under tight deadlines. Promote safety, quality policies, and continuous improvement within a government-contracting environment.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate qualification in Business, Management, Project Management, or related field required
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of progressive experience in proposal development and project management
- Active U.S. Secret or TS/SCI Clearance; or equivalent Australian NV1 or Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe suites; SharePoint and MS Project experience preferred
- Ability to interpret RFPs, coordinate RFIs, develop solution strategies, and prepare SOWs
- Knowledge of proposal documentation control processes and government contracting practices
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders and mentor proposal team members
