Job Summary
Manage end-to-end proposal execution for the YCA regional proposal functions, supervising personnel and planning resources against sales forecasts. Develop and maintain proposal standards by interacting with global affiliates to improve processes, procedures, and workforce skills. Prepare and execute fiscal budgetary responsibilities while controlling expenses related to proposals and technical support. Lead proposal activities for critical mega-projects to ensure timely completion and increase business opportunities, advising on sales and project execution strategies. Coordinate activities across sales, engineering, operations, finance, legal, and HR to support annual business plans.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS in Engineering or technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 15 years' industrial experience
- minimum of 8 years' experience in control systems sales, proposals or engineering
- minimum 2 years in management
- Good technical knowledge of control systems in process automation, including networking, hardware and software components, engineering and integration, and project execution
- Management experience including strong leadership, strategy making and execution, operational processes and procedures, cross communication and coordination skills
- Must be able to travel up to 30% in support of regional and global business activities
