Job Summary
Proposal Manager orchestrates RFQ/RFP responses across multiple business units within a Shared Service environment. Leads and coordinates the development and production of all proposal deliverables, identifying team roles, outlining assignments, monitoring timelines, ensuring compliance, and driving timely, compliant submissions. Manages proposal stakeholder teams to ensure technical, management, and cost inputs reflect the bid strategy and competitive positioning, coordinating kick-off meetings, bid reviews, and approvals to deliver a winning proposal.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience
- Strong knowledge of Aviation/Aerospace market and customer base is mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with coordinating proposal development and ensuring compliance with RFQ/RFP requirements
- Ability to lead, organize, and drive multi-stakeholder teams and timelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop technical, management, and cost inputs aligned with bid strategy
