Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end RFx responses (RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, security questionnaires) for the Customer Trust team, partnering with Sales, Security, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to craft accurate, compliant, client-focused submissions. Draft executive summaries, solution descriptions, and technical/security responses; translate complex SaaS, security, and privacy concepts into clear, customer-facing language; maintain and expand the proposal content library; monitor progress to meet deadlines; and contribute to win themes, response strategy, and continuous improvement of RFx processes and metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in RFPs, proposal management, bid coordination, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, or formal bid processes
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams—including technical experts and executives—without direct authority
- Knowledge of cloud computing, security, and privacy concepts is highly desirable
