Job Summary
Conduct market research and develop RFI, SSN, and proposal solutions for U.S. federal government opportunities in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, and Facilities Sustainment. Lead assigned proposal teams by assigning resources, developing proposal plans, schedules, and compliance matrices, then coordinate "Color Team" reviews and final compliance checks. Collaborate with project management to prepare qualification statements, industry survey responses, and technical submissions, while providing writing, editing, and production support for resumes, project descriptions, and marketing materials. Attend pre-bid meetings, client meetings, and networking events to support market development and firm pre-qualifications. Monitor agency sites for viable project opportunities and assist with marketing tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or an A/E/C industry-related field
- 10+ years of experience developing proposals
- 5+ years of relevant A/E/C proposal experience, including preparation of qualification statements and technical proposals for federal government agencies (e.g., SF330 format)
- 3+ years leading proposal teams, analyzing RFP/RFQ packages for requirements, developing proposal outlines, and assigning roles & responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience with the SF330 Federal Proposal Experience
- Must demonstrate professional writing, editing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to balance multiple projects with varying deadlines
- Creativity, exceptional ambition, initiative, and a preference for working in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Utilization of MS Teams and/or SharePoint to manage proposal documents and reviews in a collaborative virtual environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
