Job Summary
Lead proposal content creation for RFPs, RFIs, and client-facing sales materials by developing compliant narratives that translate solution details into persuasive stories. Attend proposal kick-offs to align with Response Managers on strategy and data sources, then interview subject matter experts to integrate technical and commercial inputs into drafts. Manage the full lifecycle from initial alignment to near-final states, ensuring accuracy, tone consistency, and adherence to formatting standards while pulling required compliance data points. Identify high-performing sections for reuse and update the knowledge repository based on pursuit outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience
- Professional business writing and editing expertise
- Familiarity with proposal templates and formatting standards within MS Office (Word, PPT)
- Proposal storytelling and value articulation
- Ability to synthesize complex information clearly
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Ensure compliance to all key requirements/ requests asked in proposal
- Collaboration with subject matter experts and creative colleagues such as designers to develop materials
- Knowledge of proposal requirements and compliance
- Experience using generative AI platforms to research, create, and find content
- ERP
- Any certification
