Job Summary
Front-end Proposal Integration Lead, Rockwell Automation: responsible for integrating GCC scope, resources, and engineering capabilities into early-stage proposal development for major projects. Defines executable GCC scope, coordinates proposal activities across Proposal Owners, Sales, GCC Execution Managers, and estimation teams, and validates engineering estimates. Aims to improve proposal quality, delivery readiness, scalability, profitability, and proposal cycle efficiency by standardizing estimation processes, defining scope ownership between regional and GCC teams, and supporting execution-ready proposals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- 10+ years of experience in proposal engineering, cost estimation, project engineering, technical coordination, or related engineering functions
- Experience applying engineering estimation methodologies and project scoping practices
- Experience influencing stakeholders and leading change within complex matrix organizations
- Experience working with global engineering support teams, GEBS, or similar shared services models
- Familiarity with automation, controls, and process systems engineering
