Job Summary
The Proposal Forms Coordinator is responsible for leading all solicitation forms, attestations, and client portal submissions. Key duties include creating and maintaining a compliance/forms matrix, coordinating signatures, and ensuring all submissions are compliant and complete. The role requires the ability to perform detailed checks of RFP/RFQ instructions, manage submissions across various portals, and maintain audit-ready records. Candidates should possess expertise in forms management, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of experience in public procurement forms are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/communications
- 3–4 years handling public procurement forms

- Experience in bid preparation
- Familiarity with model contracts
