Job Summary
Proposal Engineer – Nutrition & Health Systems. Collaborate with Commercial, Process Technology, and Project Delivery to design tailored process systems, prepare costings, RFQ analyses, P&IDs, and project schedules, ensuring alignment with governance and customer expectations. Develop process solutions, manage subquotations/cost estimates from subcontractors, conduct design and cost reviews, identify risks, and support internal stage-gate submissions. Maintain documentation and build strong relationships with Commercial teams to deliver one SPX FLOW proposal on time and with quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related technical discipline
- 3+ years experience in Nutrition & Health industry or comparable field
- Hands-on experience with proposal development and cost estimation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and Italian (French a plus)
