Job Summary
Manage the bidding process for large IT&OT issues, leading from initial contact through contract signing with emphasis on costing, pricing control, and terms verification. Prepare and validate technical solutions while developing commercial offers that align with business goals and internal policies. Lead standardization of proposals and tools, manage stakeholders for winning opportunities, and filter IO/OT projects to achieve win rate targets. Generate proposals, estimate costs, assess risks, and enter orders using global estimating tools and engineering resources. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and partner teams to deliver solution presentations, respond to inquiries, and transfer new industry application knowledge to internal teams. Contribute to marketing collateral development including brochures and white papers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical related field or equivalent relevant professional experience
- 5+ years' experience as an estimator, proposal engineer or other contract, project or application engineering-focused position, related experience in a project-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical related field

- High level of knowledge in PLC
