Job Summary
Develop technical solutions for electric heat tracing system projects by reviewing inquiries, preparing tender documentation, and coordinating designs across project disciplines. Apply technical regulations and customer-specific standards to ensure proposals meet internal procedures and requirements. Provide technical consultation to the sales team, analyze third-party product inquiries, and establish relationships with customers and engineering design institutes. Continuously improve the proposal process while maintaining communication with regional European offices and reporting preparation status to management. Inform customers about products and services, and assist in organizing marketing events to strengthen brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher preferred
- Good knowledge of Kazakh and Russian languages, both verbal and written
- Experience in electrical engineering design and/or power supply systems design for facilities of Category II and III responsibility levels (medium and low complexity) would be considered an advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- experience with TraceCalc Pro is considered an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to conduct effective business negotiations
