Job Summary
Lead technical proposal development by defining scope, reviewing project specifications, and maintaining technical documentation to ensure alignment with customer requirements. Support site walk-downs, inspections, and pre-bid meetings to gather critical project insight while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain and evaluate technical input and quotations. Present technical strategy and key proposal details during bid reviews and maintain and develop the project's financial estimate. Requires a B.S. in Engineering with experience in power generation equipment, systems, or construction environments, plus willingness to travel domestically and internationally (30-50%).
