Job Summary
Lead and manage the end-to-end development of high-impact RFP responses and proposals, coordinating cross-functional contributors to ensure complete, compliant submissions that clearly communicate cb20’s value and differentiators. Shape winning proposal strategies, develop executive summaries and win themes, manage content strategy and governance, maintain templates and content libraries, track milestones and compliance, and drive quality improvements to increase win probability across IT services and audio-visual solution pursuits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
