Job Summary
Manage the full proposal lifecycle by coordinating assignments with technical staff and partners, producing compliant layouts in InDesign, and performing copy editing to ensure error-free products. Develop interview presentations and marketing collateral while maintaining strict adherence to Toole Design's standards. This role supports roadway and active transportation projects within a collaborative, purpose-driven team at an ENR Top 500 firm.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, English, journalism, or similar relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Four to five years of hands-on experience in proposal preparation/coordination, layout design, writing, and copy editing, and working with a team
- Advanced proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Basic experience with Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Exceptional organizational skills
- A collaborative approach to generating strategies and developing creative solutions
