Job Summary
Manage the full proposal lifecycle by coordinating assignments with technical staff and teaming partners. Produce appealing layouts in InDesign, perform copy editing and proofreading to ensure error-free products, and develop interview presentations and marketing collateral. Maintain strict compliance with Toole Design's standards while supporting impactful roadway and active transportation projects. Apply InDesign, Microsoft Office, and design software skills to deliver operational excellence for safer, connected communities.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, English, journalism, or similar relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Four to five years of hands-on experience in proposal preparation/coordination, layout design, writing, and copy editing, and working with a team
- Advanced proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Basic experience with Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Exceptional organizational skills
- A collaborative approach to generating strategies and developing creative solutions
