Proposal Coordinator

Job Summary
Planate Management Group is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to manage the full proposal lifecycle, develop win themes, draft and edit content, coordinate production and submission, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compliant proposals and SOQs for US DoD and other federal opportunities. The role emphasizes leading kickoff meetings, maintaining compliance matrices, coordinating materials (technical write-ups, resumes/CVs, past performance, graphics), and ensuring timely delivery of final proposal packages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination, proposal writing, or technical writing
- Experience preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, Sources Sought (SS), and SOQs, preferably within the A/E industry
- Strong proposal writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, compliant deliverables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, and Adobe applications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with government contracting processes is an advantage
