Job Summary
Proposal Coordinator to manage the full proposal lifecycle for Planate Management Group, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and SOQs, leading kickoff meetings, maintaining compliance matrices, coordinating content development (technical write-ups, resumes, past performance, graphics), editing and formatting, production, and final submission. Will work with Proposal Manager to craft win themes, coordinate materials, and ensure timely delivery in support of U.S. federal and DoD-related solicitations; requires Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination/writing, strong writing/editing skills, organizational prowess, and familiarity with government contracting; office location in Carson City, NV.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination, proposal writing, or technical writing
- Experience preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, Sources Sought (SS), and SOQs, preferably within the A/E industry
- Strong proposal writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, compliant deliverables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, and Adobe applications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with government contracting processes is an advantage
