Job Summary
Collaborate with technical staff to produce high-quality proposals and qualification materials for formal and informal client solicitations. Lead strategy, kick-off, and review meetings to incorporate win themes, while coordinating with subconsultants and maintaining marketing collateral. Write and design presentations, create impactful visual storytelling for client meetings, and manage content across the website and social media platforms. Capture and edit photographs and videos of industry events and projects for promotional use. This role supports the Marketing and Business Development function within BRAVO, a partner of Velocity Architectural and Bradford Construction, serving public and private clients across the New York metropolitan area.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proposal and marketing experience
- strong understanding of key AEC industry organizations, events, and professional networks
- Demonstrated ability to develop proposal outlines, schedules, and task assignments for RFPs and RFQs
- Track record of successfully producing deadline-driven proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with local agencies (SCA, DASNY, MTA, DDC, etc.) and their RFP processes
