Proposal Consultant

Prepare techno-commercial proposals for MV/LV MCCs, VFDs, and automation solutions based on customer specifications, RFQs, and tender requirements. Analyse customer requirements and develop technically compliant, cost-effective solutions using Rockwell Automation and approved third-party products. Prepare Bills of Material (BOMs), man-hour estimates, and detailed bottom-up cost calculations for proposed solutions. Develop technical and commercial proposals, scope summaries, assumptions, exclusions, and clarification responses using approved proposal tools. Participate in customer and internal meetings to gather requirements, define scope, and resolve technical and commercial queries. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Global Commercial teams to ensure accurate proposal submissions. Ensure proposals are delivered with high quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while meeting committed timelines and our goals. Identify technical, commercial, and execution risks associated with proposals. Maintain confidentiality of customer, technical, financial, and commercial information following company policies. Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned opportunities, ensuring you achieve commitments and deadlines consistently. Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and best-practice deployment to enhance proposal quality and team effectiveness.
