Proposal Budget and Contracts Specialist I

Manage assigned opportunities from RFI/RFP through proposal, budget, bid defence, contract execution, and change orders. Review client requirements and coordinate cross-functional input to deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals and compelling presentations. Develop study budgets using internal pricing tools, prepare and manage client contracts ensuring compliance, and coordinate opportunity handover to Operations. Maintain accurate documentation within Salesforce, Ironclad, and SharePoint while contributing to process improvements and mentoring. This role supports both pre-award and post-award clinical trial activities within Novotech's global CRO team, working closely with Business Development, Therapeutic Strategy, and Project Management.
