Job Summary
Property Transformation Lead at Starr drives large-scale transformation programs for the property insurance division, working with the Property COO and senior executives to define the overall transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap. Responsible for end-to-end program delivery across planning, governance, risk, benefits realization, and change enablement; identifies priority transformation areas across underwriting, claims, policy administration, distribution, and customer service; leads cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution; develops governance structures and operating models to enable accountable decision-making; mentors project managers and leads communication and training activities to foster adoption; monitors KPIs and value realization and stays abreast of industry trends to inform future-state design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
- 12+ years of experience leading complex business transformation or large-scale change programs, with significant exposure to property insurance operations
- Track record of delivering transformational initiatives that integrate people, process, and technology
- Extensive experience developing and executing multi-year roadmaps, program management, and change enablement
