Job Summary
Identify and verify commercial properties in Pune by gathering accurate details through on-site and online sources. Maintain up-to-date property information in the CRM and regularly update the team with relevant data. Assist the sales team with property inspections and other operational requirements while working independently in the field. Visit multiple locations across Pune as needed. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary, travel allowances, medical insurance, and fixed weekend leave. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- basic verbal and written communication skills
- Must be comfortable visiting multiple locations across Pune as per job requirements
- Must have a bike 2-wheeler / Drivers license (Mandatory)
- Undergraduate or graduate candidates are eligible
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in any field is preferred
