Property Services Inspector

Conduct detailed pre-arrival and periodic inspections to ensure properties meet cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards. Identify and report maintenance issues, property damage, or missing items while verifying housekeeping standards and stocking guest amenities. Coordinate with operations teams to resolve deficiencies quickly and complete digital checklists with photo documentation. Respond to last-minute guest and homeowner requests with a solutions-first approach and support seasonal deep cleans and inventory checks. Full-time, year-round role in Whistler, BC with a $24–$27 hourly rate; valid driver's license required.
