Job Summary
Coordinate the delivery of facility services for BGIS-managed buildings, acting as the primary point of contact for service providers and the Operations team. Responsibilities include processing service requests via phone/email, issuing and tracking work orders and purchase orders, coordinating with contractors and building technicians, preparing tenders, reviewing and scheduling Preventative Maintenance, administering contracts and reviewing invoices, and generating monthly expense reports. Requires good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle Cloud. A High School Diploma with up to 1 year of relevant experience in office administration / service coordination is required.
