Job Summary
Property Services Coordinator oversees and coordinates the delivery of building services, provides admin support to the Operations team, manages work orders, contracts, and vendor relations, and ensures safety and compliance. Responsibilities include processing service requests via phone/email, issuing purchase orders and work orders, preparing and publishing tenders, developing scopes of work, coordinating with contractors, tracking preventive maintenance, administering service contracts, handling invoices and financial reporting, scheduling cleaning inspections, and maintaining effective client/vendor communications. Required skills include strong interpersonal and customer-focused communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, familiarity with tendering processes, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle Cloud. High School Diploma with up to 1 year of relevant experience in office administration / service coordination is preferred.

- High School Diploma with up to 1 year of relevant experience in office administration / service coordination
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-oriented skills
- Good communication skills (verbal/written)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of tendering processes as asset
- Good computer skills, Microsoft Office & Oracle Cloud an asset
- Knowledge of financial management software an asset
