Job Summary
Property Sales Representative based in Sydney CBD, joining Minor Hotels' MINT Residential team. You will actively seek property listings and sales opportunities within Minor Hotels branded apartment buildings, perform market appraisals, manage end-to-end sales negotiations, conduct inspections/open homes, and coordinate advertising and related activities. The role requires building strong relationships with owners, investors, hotel managers, and key stakeholders, liaising with conveyancers and solicitors, and maintaining transactions in the MINT database. A current Property Management Registration and a Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain Class 1) are required, with minimum 18 months real estate sales experience and strong communication/negotiation skills. Required Qualifications
