Job Summary
Respond rapidly to warm leads via Leadrocket and Salesforce CRM, owning each prospect until they are booked, disqualified, or closed. Secure firm property valuation appointments by contacting prospective vendors, handling objections, and rescuing at-risk slots. Manage weekend operational command on Saturdays and Sundays by coordinating Viewber appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and maintaining seamless communication between applicants, vendors, and the UK sales team. Maintain 100% accurate, real-time records across the core tech stack and ensure internal message responses occur within 15 minutes during working hours. This role requires a fixed Thursday to Monday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK Time with Tuesday and Wednesday as rest days.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner

- Natural capability to build instant rapport and urgency over the phone
- Proven experience in a target-driven sales, telesales, or high-volume customer-facing environment
- Total flexibility and commitment to working the fixed Thursday–Monday shift pattern

- Confidence to navigate weekend operations
- Ability to escalate issues using documented procedures
- Absolute understanding of data security
- Ability to adhere strictly to UK GDPR standards
