Job Summary
Conduct site visits to ensure brand compliance and identify operational issues across multiple retail locations. Manage fuel pricing, dealer commissions, and financial tracking while maintaining Dealer Certificates of Insurance and overseeing property records, leases, and asset conditions. Coordinate maintenance with vendors, track site performance, and communicate regularly with dealers, sales teams, and leadership. Manage inventory and distribution of branded materials and supplies. This fully remote role requires extensive travel (up to 95%) and proficiency with tools like Monday.com.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in fuel distribution, retail operations, compliance, or dealer network management
- Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, commission structures, and margin management
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a highly field-based role with extensive travel (up to 95%)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
