Job Summary
Property Research Analyst responsible for conducting in-depth property research using public records, MLS, tax assessor sites, and other data sources; collect and analyze market data to support appraisal reports; enter researched data into appraisal software; assist in preparing market trend analyses and reports for appraisers; collaborate with appraisers to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery; maintain organized property files and ensure data quality and consistency; interface with clients or stakeholders as needed; require Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of real estate research experience and proficiency in MS Office; compensation in the low- to mid-70k range; Cushman & Wakefield offers comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1+ year of experience in real estate research or market analysis
- Strong data software applications skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
