Job Summary
Property Project Manager to oversee acquisition, renovation, and property management across Bremen, Germany and international locations. Responsibilities include project planning and coordination, managing development and renovation projects from acquisition through completion, coordinating contractors and service providers, budget preparation and tracking, property condition assessment and documentation, and tendering and procurement processes across multiple properties and countries. Requires fluency in German and English with Russian as a beneficial language; strong cross-country coordination, remote work capability, and travel as needed. Emphasizes remote, computer-based work with on-site visits as required by project stage and location.
Required Qualifications
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in English and German; Russian language skills – as a benefit
- Research & analytical abilities
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Proficiency with digital tools (spreadsheets, document management, presentations)
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different countries and time zones
- Familiarity with budgeting, approvals, or procurement workflows
